3-day return service guarantee
If the customer feels dissatisfied/unsuitable after receiving the product, he or she can apply for return and refund service within 3 days after receiving the product.
Before applying for return and refund service, please read the following rules carefully to ensure that you meet the return requirements before contacting customer service to apply for a refund.
Receiving instructions
All products will be carefully inspected and sorted before shipment. If there are serious defects/damage or mis-shipment, please follow the instructions below to record the situation and contact us within 3 days after signing for the receipt. After your return request is approved, please return the product within 5 days.
After receiving the package, please take a clear video of the entire unpacking process before opening the package, and check the goods carefully. If you find any stains/damage or mis-delivery issues, they must be clearly displayed in the unboxing video and will be posted on the day of receipt. Contact us within 3 days. If you are not satisfied due to size/style, etc., you do not need to provide video proof.
When you are not satisfied due to size/style, etc.
1. Returned or exchanged goods must be in brand new condition, without damage or stains, not exposed to water, without hanging tags ( if any ) cut off, without hanging tags creased or damaged, all packaging of the goods intact, and without perfume / cigarettes / body odor / laundry attached. Additional flavors such as liquid / alcohol.
There will be no additional handling fee for applying for a return, but the shipping costs incurred will be borne by the customer.
2. If the returned product exceeds the 3-day return period, is not in brand new condition, is damaged or stained, has the tag cut off, is wrinkled or damaged, is not intactly packaged, or has residual odor that is not the product itself (such as perfume / cigarette / sweat odor / Laundry detergent / alcohol) will not be accepted .
Products that do not meet the conditions for return or exchange will not be processed and will be sent back directly using SF Express freight collect without further notice. Any costs and risks incurred will be borne by the guest.
When you are not satisfied because the product is stained/damaged/wrongly shipped, etc.
If you find that the above-mentioned problems exist when checking the arriving goods, please contact us within 3 days from the date of receipt and attach a qualified unboxing video. If you are unable to provide a qualified unboxing video or your application is overdue, It cannot be processed.
1. Customers need to use SF Express service to return items.
2. After applying for a refund, member points and discounts will be deducted proportionally.
3. If the customer's returned goods are sent pay on delivery, the shipping fee will be directly deducted from the returned cash.
4. Membership points can only be used for consumption on whynothk.co and cannot be used for shipping costs or cash redemption.
5. The return procedure will be completed within 7 days after the company signs for the return. After confirming that the returned goods meet the return requirements, we will refund the cash using the payment method used when the order was originally placed within 7 days after completing the return procedure. After the refund is completed, Notify you via email.
Customers are responsible for understanding our store's purchasing policies and details before placing an order. If the customer is unable to accept the above policies, please consider carefully before deciding whether to place an order. If necessary, please contact customer service for communication.
