Return policy
Receiving instructions
All products will be carefully inspected and sorted before shipment. If there are serious defects or wrong shipments, please follow the instructions below to record the situation and contact us within 7 days after signing for the receipt. After the exchange application is approved, please return the product within 5 days.
After receiving the package, please take a clear video of the entire unpacking process before opening the package, and check the goods carefully. If you find any problems, please contact us within 7 days from the date of receipt.
Defective goods
If you find a defective product that meets the following definitions when inspecting the arriving product, please contact us within 7 days from the arrival date and attach a qualified unboxing video. If you are unable to provide a qualified unboxing video or your application is late , cannot be processed.
Serious defect definition
Extensive damage or stains, accessories falling off and irreparable, zippers or buttons falling off/damaged/missing, skewed patterns and other abnormalities that seriously affect wearing.
Non-defect definition
Dimensional errors due to manual measurement, photo color difference, thread ends, tiny stains or damaged areas (within 3MM in diameter/length), man-made damage, miscellaneous threads, unopened button doors, unopened bag openings, slight glue spillage, and natural defects in genuine leather products Scars, embossing depth or dyeing depth, transportation squeeze wrinkles, dyeing or fading after being washed, inappropriate size, inconsistent style and imagination, personal subjective feelings, shrinkage or deformation after cleaning, etc.
Clothing fabrics will shrink after being washed. The shrinkage rate due to different fabric materials is different, generally 5% to 10%. During the washing process, factors such as temperature, duration, and drying methods will affect the shrinkage rate. Therefore, shrinkage of clothes after washing is normal and does not fall into the scope of defects.
Most of the products in our store are accompanied by a size chart. Since the size chart is measured by hand, an error within 2cm is within the normal range. The size chart of some products may not be available during production. If customers have concerns about the size, please contact customer service for communication and enquiry. Once the order is confirmed, returns or exchanges due to size issues will not be accepted.
Wrong product sent
If you find that the quantity of goods is lacking or the style is wrong, please contact us within 7 days and attach an unboxing video. If you are unable to provide an unboxing video that meets the requirements or your application is late, it will not be processed.
1. There are no cash refunds for defective goods or wrongly shipped goods. They can only be replaced with the same style, same color and same size. The store will bear the exchange freight. (If the defective product or the wrong product is sold out, a refund will be issued.)
2. If a refund is processed, the membership points will be reduced to the original value.
3. If the order fails to meet the preferential conditions after the refund, the order content will need to be recalculated, and any gifts will need to be returned together. All costs and risks incurred during the process will be borne by the customer.
4. Returned and exchanged goods must be in brand new condition, without damage or stains, not exposed to water, without hanging tags ( if any ) cut, without any creases or damage on the hanging tags, all packaging of the goods must be intact, and without perfume / cigarettes / body odor / laundry attached. Additional flavors such as liquid / alcohol.
5. If the returned product exceeds the 7-day return period, is not in brand new condition, is damaged or stained, has the tag cut off, is wrinkled or damaged, is not intactly packaged, or has residual odor that is not the product itself (such as perfume / cigarette / sweat odor / Laundry detergent / alcohol) will not be accepted .
6. Products that do not meet the conditions for return or exchange will not be processed and will be sent back directly using SF Express freight collect without further notice. Any costs and risks incurred will be borne by the guest.
If the customer is unable to accept the above policy, please consider it carefully before deciding whether to place an order. If necessary, please contact customer service.
WHYNOT has the final right to interpret and define whether returned goods meet the return conditions.
